Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay for six nights, enjoying the huge room and constant maintenance from the cleaning staff. The location is super convenient, right by amenities, though I found the outside space a bit cramped and overgrown. While the breakfast could use a boost in variety, the overall experience was solid, especially considering the Tulum pricing.
I had a month-long stay at this hotel and was really impressed by the excellent staff who were always attentive and kept our room spotless. The location was convenient for grocery shopping, restaurants, and other necessities, but the building itself felt a bit tired and dated. There’s so much potential here for improvement, like a little maintenance and better landscaping. Overall, this hotel provides great care and comfort but could really shine with some upgrades.
I recently spent 6 nights at this hotel and overall, it was a good experience. The location was very convenient, close to all amenities and without significant noise disturbances. The room was spacious and well-equipped for self-catering, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired and the outside areas felt cramped and a bit overgrown. With a few improvements in detail—like grounds maintenance and breakfast options—this place could really shine.
Overall, I had a very good experience during my stay. The location was fantastic, making it easy to access shops and restaurants, and the rooms were spacious and equipped for self-catering. The staff was friendly and helpful, but a little more attention to details in areas like the grounds and breakfast could elevate the experience. Prices were in line with Tulum's norm but felt slightly over for what was offered.
I had a very pleasant stay overall with great staff who really made a difference. The location is convenient for everything you need in Tulum, but I think the hotel itself could benefit from some updates and more attention to detail in areas like the grounds and breakfast. Despite this, the room was spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed meeting so many returning guests. I feel like there’s potential for this place to be even better with a few improvements.
